Project Focus Afterschool Program-Darrell Crump, email- email@example.com
The Project Focus Afterschool Program provides a structured environment during afterschool hours of 3:00pm - 6:00 pm when youth are more than likely not supervised by an adult. The afterschool program focuses on developing life/social skills required for youth to interact in a positive way with others. The youth will develop individual goals to insure appropriate and effective social behaviors and the impact of their behavior on the social environment.
Restitution/Community Service Program-Annie Pratt, firstname.lastname@example.org
The Juvenile Restitution and Community Service Program provides a safe environment and direct supervision for juveniles to ensure that they are held accountable for their actions to the community and/or victim(s) through performing supervised community service work resulting in payment of restitution to victims.
4H Adventures After-School Program-Laura Grier, email@example.com
The 4H Afterschool Program provides and strive to reduce further court involvement, build self-esteem, reduce disruptive behavior at school, improve school attendance, increase academic achievement and reduce home-school-family conflict. The prevention strategies that are used are designed to help youth develop life skills that will help them become productive and responsible adults.

Richmond Teen Court is to assist first time offenders in assuming responsibility of their criminial behaviour by holding each offender accountable for their action and by teaching them to make better decisions.
